I have been working in management since early '80s. Over the years, I have become an expert in detecting and refining properties within companies.

I take on assignments regarding

All businesses exists in a context of reality. The reality changes all the time. This means that all businesses also has a need to change. They do so, of course, but rarely orderly - they rather change spontaneously.

One of my specialities is to structure businesses to have change as a natural, ever existing built-in element.
